Note:
- All
disciplines that are italicized are considered as minors
only.
- Social
Studies recognition must include course work in History and Geography
- Recognition
of Spanish and German languages as majors must include a second major
in another teachable subject.
- Elementary
Education endorsement must include course work in Mathematics, Science,
Language Arts, Social Studies, Physical Education, Health, Music,
and Art.
- Majors and Minors may
be in the Subject Field or Related Discipline(s).
- Major / Minors are calculated
using 30:0 and 24:18 ratios. If an applicant does not have a minor
of at least 18 credit hours, the major must be at least 30 credit
hours. If an applicant has a minor of at least 18 credit hours, the
major needs to be at least 24 credit hours.
