ECH 122 The course emphasizes the close interpretative reading of literature from the major genres - poetry, drama, and prose - and the ability to discuss the results in class discussion and written assignments. Two substantial modules of the course in 2005-2006 include (1) the cultural study of "The Sixties" in Canadian literature, film, art, politics, and communications technology; and (2) genres of science fiction and cyberpunk. |
