The Department
of Human Resources provides a variety of employment related services
which enhance the well-being of employees; foster productivity and a
climate of success in the workplace and support the mission of St. Thomas
University. These include:
- administration
of employment benefits programs;

of payroll function;

implementation and maintenance of progressive human resources policies;
