Posted: July 5, 2005 Limited-term position in Criminology and Criminal Justice The Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice of St. Thomas University invites applications for a limited-term contract position for 2005-2006 at the rank of lecturer or assistant professor. The successful candidate should possess a Ph.D. in a related cognate discipline with evidence of established teaching and research. Applicants holding a Masters in Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or Law will be considered for appointment at the lecturer level. The successful candidate will teach in core areas (introductory, methods, and/or theory). Applicants are to submit a curriculum vitae, samples of scholarly work, evidence of teaching effectiveness (teaching portfolio preferred), and arrange to have three letters of reference sent directly to Dr. Chris McCormick, Chair, Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice, St. Thomas University, Fredericton NB E3B 5G3.
