- Your gown and hood must
be returned to the Black Box Theatre immediately following Convocation.
To prevent your diploma from being damaged it will not be included
in the presentation tube which you will receive on stage. Provided
your account has been paid in full, your diploma will be available
in the Black Box Theatre after you have returned your gown and hood.
If you wish to purchase a diploma frame, the Alumni Association will
be providing its framing service there
- Please be reminded
that you must complete an Application for Graduation accompanied by
a graduation fee of $35 whether or not you choose to attend Convocation.
* The alternative
weather location for Convocation is St. Dunstan’s Roman Catholic
Church. The decision to move to the alternative site will be made by
12:00 noon, Tuesday, July 19. Notice of the decision will be posted
on the web site (www.stu.ca) and around campus. A recorded message will
be on the info line at 452-0640 after 12:00 noon.
