Fitness Schedule
Pilates Classes
We are pleased to inform interested parties that we will be offering a 5-week winter PILATES session at the J. B. O’Keefe Fitness Centre. Interested individuals do NOT have to be a current member of the Fitness Centre. Details include: Classes: OR Tuesdays at 5:00 – 6:00 pm (starting January 10 th) Location: FEES CAN BE PAID STARTING ON THURSDAY, JAN. 5 th.
