Fitness Schedule

Pilates Classes

We are pleased to inform interested parties that we will be offering a 5-week winter PILATES session at the J. B. O’Keefe Fitness Centre. Interested individuals do NOT have to be a current member of the Fitness Centre. Details include:

Classes:
Tuesdays at 12:00 –1:00 pm (starting January 10 th)
Thursdays at 12:00 –1:00 pm (ending February 9 th)

OR

Tuesdays at 5:00 – 6:00 pm (starting January 10 th)
Thursdays at 5:00 – 6:00 pm (ending February 9 th)

Location:
J. B. O'Keefe Fitness Centre

Participants:
No less than 5 / class
No more than 10 / class

Cost:
Fees for a 5-week session (10 classes) are $50.

FEES CAN BE PAID STARTING ON THURSDAY, JAN. 5 th. FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE TUESDAY, JAN. 10 th IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
