March 29, 2005 St. Thomas University’s “A Class
Act” Fredericton – Following last year’s sold out performances, the Advanced Drama Production class at St. Thomas University, known as “A Class Act”, will be presenting dramatic scenes at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery on Thursday March 31st, Friday April 1st, and Saturday, April 2nd. Performances begin at 7:30 pm each evening and tickets are $5.00 for adults, $4.00 for seniors and $2.00 for students. The evening will consist of nine scenes from plays by Aristophanes, Christopher Marlowe, William Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, Noel Coward and Edward Albee. The selections have been inspired by paintings and art works from the permanent collection of the Beaverbrook Art Gallery.
