Having Difficulty Accessing WebAdvisor or Forgot Your Password? If
you are having difficulty accessing WebAdvisor with your username and
password or have forgotten your password you may visit the Registrar's
office for assistance or email mywebpasswd@stu.ca.
If you choose to email mywebpasswd@stu.ca
you must identify yourself by including your date of birth, SIN, and
student number. If you do not include all three of these identifiers
in your email we will not be able to help you. This is a security feature
to ensure that no one else gains access to your account.
