Obtaining a Valid Username and Password Note: Username and Password are both case sensitive Username When accessing WebAdvisor your Username will be the same as your current STU username that you use to access your email etc. (e.g. gcbcg) . This username is also printed on your STU ID card. If you do not know your username you can access it by choosing the "What's my User ID" on the WebAdvisor Student menu. If you choose this option you will be required to enter your Last Name and SIN (Social Insurance Number). Password For initial sign-on
to WebAdvisor your password will be your 7 digit PIN (Personal Identification
Number). In case you have forgotten your PIN we will email it to your
STU e-mail address . When you enter your PIN, as your password, you
will be required immediately to change your password. Your new password
must be 6 to 9 characters in length and include BOTH letters and numbers.
Please choose a password that you will easily remember, and enter a
password hint which will aid you in remembering your password. When
changing your password attempt to make it significantly different from
your previous one.
