Using Web Advisor

To access a particular menu in WebAdvisor select the option from the screen by pointing and clicking on the desired option.

When you access WebAdvisor you will see two options on the Main Menu - WebAdvisor for Students and WebAdvisor for Faculty. Select the WebAdvisor for Students to bring you to the Student Main Menu.

All available options on the Student Main Menu will require your username and password for entry, except the Search for Classes option.

On the top of all WebAdvisor screens, in the right-hand corner, you will always be presented with four options - Menu, FAQ, Login, and Log Out.

Menu
Use this option to take you back to the main Student menu.

FAQ
This option will provide you with the answers to some frequently asked questions about WebAdvisor.

Login
You are allowed three attempts at logging into the system. After the third unsuccessful attempt you will be locked out of the system for 30 minutes. This is a security feature to protect you from other people trying to login to your account.

Logout
Always use this option when you are finished using WebAdvisor. This will ensure that you are completely logged out of WebAdvisor and no one else can access your personal information.

Help appears on most WebAdvisor screens in the upper right-hand corner. Click on Help to access help information about the specific screen you are on.
